Sarah Barbera, PA-C

Sarah Barbera, PA-C joined our practice in 2025 after spending 14 years in emergency medicine. She comes to us with lots of various experiences in the emergency setting. 

Her philosophy of care is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that treats the whole person - physically, emotionally, and personally. Her goal is to build a trusting relationship with patients and their families and help them through the treatment with open communication and unwavering support. 

She came to Oncology because the field is especially meaningful to her after her father experienced the disease, and she feels honored to support others through their own journeys. 

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, and staying active. She loves the Gwinnett Stripers, Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Gladiator,s and the Atlanta United with her friends and family. However, her favorite thing is to spend time with her kids.
