Nina Montgomery, MSN, FNP

Nina Montgomery, MSN, FNP is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Her entire healthcare background has been in oncology. She has treated patients both in the inpatient and outpatient settings.

 

Her philosophy of care is that everyone deserves access to the same level of quality care regardless of background or financial status. A role of a healthcare provider is to make patients feel seen and heard and she empathizes that they are going through a foreign process and will need to feel comfortable with her.

 

Nina became a nurse because of her interest in the complexities of the human body and she sought out a field of work that is diverse and always dynamically changing. She loves that she can bring her patients a sense of relief or assurance that she has their best interests at heart. It brings her a sense of connection and comradery. She knows what it feels like to not feel heard in the medical community and it has been her mission to ensure her patients never feel that way and always have all the education they need.

 

In her spare time she is an avid foodie and she loves to travel to places where she will experience different cultures.
